Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI)

• The Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) and 40mm throttle body deliver crisp, seamless performance while ensuring hassle-free operation in cold conditions and varying altitudes.

Dual-plug head

• Two spark plugs that fire together help ensure good, fast, thorough combustion. This is a win-win: the engine runs cleaner, with greater fuel efficiency and range.

Independent Rear Suspension (IRS)

• The Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) offers two significant advantages: first, it helps ensure constant tire contact with the ground for superior traction; second, it provides an ultra-smooth ride over rough terrain, so you can spend longer hours having fun on the trail.

Large 26-inch tires

• Big 26-inch tires feature an aggressive tread pattern for better traction and improved ground clearance.

Automatic transmission

• There is no need to worry about slipping belts or wearing clutches—it comes with an automotive-style three-speed automatic transmission, just like a truck's. You can rely on it for a smooth ride and trouble-free service for years.

Torque-biasing front differential

• Available on the FourTrax Rubicon 700 4x4 Automatic, you can choose between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive. A torque-biasing front differential helps enhance traction, especially in challenging conditions such as mud and snow.

Semi-dry-sump engine design

• Compact and lighter weight, the overhead-valve, semi-dry-sump design creates a shorter engine from top to bottom. This has two big benefits: it enhances handling by lowering the center of gravity and allows for greater ground clearance.

Electric Shift Program (ESP)

• Upshifting or downshifting is easy and fast—simply push one of the two handlebar-mounted buttons. Because you don’t have to fuss with a conventional left-foot shift lever, ESP is a huge advantage when riding in heavy boots or adverse conditions.

Longitudinal engine layout

• By orienting the crankshaft front to back in the chassis, we route the power flow straight to the wheels without any unnecessary right-angle detours, reducing powertrain friction and putting more grunt to the ground.

Cast-aluminum wheels

• The cast-aluminum wheels are lightweight and strong, making them perfect for taking on tough terrain while adding to your off-road style.

Rugged front and rear racks

Electrical output

• Thanks to the neodymium-magnet stator design, the powerful Alternating Current Generator (ACG) produces a sufficient amount of power so that you can run Honda electrical accessories.

• Outfit your Rubicon 700 with various Honda accessories, including a trailer hitch kit, front and rear cargo options, a Honda developed heavy-duty winch, and more—many featuring our Pro-Connect™ system for quick installation and seamless integration.

Large instrument screen

• Everything about this ATV is top-of-the-line, including the instrument display. It’s larger than the previous model, making it much easier to read. We’ve also added a tachometer and changed the background color for improved visibility in direct sunlight.

LED handlebar headlight

• The handlebar-mounted LED light boosts illumination. Plus, it moves with the handlebars, which helps increase visibility around corners.
